1. What We Collect

We do not collect or store personal data such as names, emails, account information, or confidential legal content.

We only process:

(a) The text you enter, such as clauses or instructions

• Used only to generate results
• Not stored after processing
• Not logged on the server

(b) Minimal technical data for rate-limiting

To enforce the 20-clause-per-day usage limit, we temporarily process:

• IP address (used only as an identifier for rate limiting)
• Request count (number of requests made in the last 24 hours)
• Reset timestamp (when your daily limit resets)

This data is not used to identify you, is not linked to any personal profile, and is automatically discarded when the 24-hour window resets.

2. When Your Data Leaves Your Device

Your input text is sent to an external AI/LLM models only when you click Generate, Modify, Analyze, Compare, or Extract, and only after you give explicit consent.

3. No Storage or Tracking

We do not:

• store your input text
• create user accounts
• build profiles
• use analytics or advertising cookies
• use your data for marketing

All clause content disappears once you leave the page.

4. Your Rights

Under various privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Withhold consent
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Avoid entering any personal or confidential information
• Understand how your data is processed

Because we do not store content, most data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) are inherently satisfied.

5. Third-Party Processing

When you consent, your text is sent to Third-Party AI/LLM Platforms, which may retain data briefly for safety and monitoring based on its own policies. We do not control retention practices of those platforms.
